The Reverend Dr. James H. Evans, Jr., acclaimed scholar, teacher, and President Emeritus of Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School (CRCDS), died on August 25 in Rochester, New York. He was 72. Read more about the life and work of Dr. Evans HERE.
A wake is planned for Thursday, September 8th from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, and a funeral service for Friday, September 9th at 11:00 am. Both will be held at Aenon Missionary Baptist Church, 175 Genesee Street, Rochester, NY 14611.
