Degree Programs

Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School offers multiple degree programs, all shaped by our mission and vision statement, and each with its own distinctive scope and purpose.

MASTER’S DEGREE PROGRAMS

DOCTOR OF MINISTRY PROGRAM

  • The Doctor of Ministry degree (D.Min.) is designed for experienced clergy and religious leaders who wish to enhance their skills as reflective practitioners. Applicants to the Doctor of Ministry program must have earned a Master of Divinity degree or its educational equivalent in both duration and kind. Additionally, applicants must have a minimum of three years ministry experience after earning a Master of Divinity degree.

GRADUATE CERTIFICATE STUDIES PROGRAM

  • The Graduate Certificate Studies Program provides continuing educational opportunities for both clergy and laity. Clergy are able to pursue concentrated study in specializations that are relevant to their ministry context; while laity can benefit from relevant theological education that will enhance the practice of a variety of professions.

School For Christian Leadership

  • The School for Christian Leadership Program is designed to prepare persons for various kinds of parish ministry, such as deacons and/or locally ordained priests in the Episcopal Church, Commissioned Lay Pastors, Lay Preachers or other designated titles. It is also suitable for those who want to continue their learning for personal enrichment.
