GRADUATE CERTIFICATE STUDIES PROGRAM

Purpose: The Graduate Certificate Studies Program provides continuing educational opportunities for both clergy and laity. Clergy are able to pursue concentrated study in specializations that are relevant to their ministry context; while laity can benefit from relevant theological education that will enhance the practice of a variety of professions.

Continuing Education Units: Courses in the Graduate Certificate Studies Program qualify for continuing education units (CEUs). Each course earns 3.6 continuing education units (CEUs).

Eligibility: Admission to the Graduate Certificate Studies program requires a completed bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 2.75/4.0.

Curriculum: The Graduate Certificate Studies Program requires the satisfactory completion of 6 master’s level courses taken in an area of concentration. We are currently offering the following areas of concentration:
