Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School’s Black Student Caucus (BSC) culminated a year-long celebration of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the CRCDS Black Student Caucus with a worship service and gala, April 5th and 6th. Bishop T. Anthony Bronner (CRDS ’92) preached the Jubilee Worship Service on Thursday, April 5th at the Genesee Baptist Church.

On Friday, the BSC held a Golden Gala where alumni/ae, friends, faculty, staff and students gathered to honor the anniversary of the participants in the 1969 Lockout. Several alumni who participated in the lockout were in attendance, including Rev. Dr. Melvin A. Hoover, Rev. James Hunter, Rev. Dr. Bobby Joe Saucer, Dr. Henry Brockenton Thomas, and Rev. Dr. John S. Walker.
