BRTL Launch Week FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions) 

WILL THE BRTL LAUNCH WEEK BE IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL?
 
Here are the formats available for each event: 
 
March 13th - 4:15 pm, Eastern 
BRTL Chapel and Workshop 
 
This chapel service and workshop will be ONLY offered virtually through Zoom. The chapel service will be from 4:15 pm - 5:00 pm with a 15-minute break and then the workshop will be held from 5:15 pm - 5:45 pm utilizing the same Zoom session.
 
March 14th - 4:15 pm, Eastern 
BRTL Workshop: Land and the Black Community
 
This workshop will be offered in a HyFlex modality, which means that workshop participants are welcome to participate on campus or via Zoom. RSVP is kindly requested online and in-person so we can prepare accordingly. 
 
 
March 15th - 4:15 pm, Eastern 
BRTL Workshop: Black Spiritual & Communal Care
 
This workshop will be offered in a HyFlex modality, which means that workshop participants are welcome to participate on campus or via Zoom. RSVP is kindly requested online and in-person so we can prepare accordingly. 
 
March 16th - 4:15 pm, Eastern 
Engaging Rochester: Black Faith & the Community 
 
This event will be offered in a HyFlex modality, which means that participants are welcome to join on campus or via Zoom. RSVP is kindly requested online and in person so we can prepare accordingly. The reception is for in-person participants only. 
 
 
Events that are available in-person will take place at the CRCDS Campus located at 320 North Goodman Street, Suite 207 in the Village Gate Plaza. 
WHO ARE THE BRTL LAUNCH WEEK EVENTS DESIGNED FOR?
The BRTL Launch Week events are designed for students, academics, church leaders, lay members, board members, and community leaders and organizers. All are welcome!
WHAT IS THE COST TO ATTEND THE BRTL LAUNCH WEEK EVENTS?
That is the great news! There will be no cost this year for the events during the BRTL Launch Week. Registration is FREE. You can register HERE.
