Transcript Request

How to request a transcript:Transcripts cost $5 each for alums or others who have taken courses at CRCDS and are provided free for students who are currently enrolled in our Master’s and Doctoral programs. Transcript requests are processed on Friday mornings. You can make your request and payment by filling out the form below.
