West Bloomfield Congregational Church UCC, a progressive, vibrant Open and Affirming United Church of Christ congregation located 20 miles south of the CRCDS campus, is seeking a part-time youth pastor to oversee our senior youth group (Grades 9-12). She/he will plan, organize and coordinate project- and event-based experiences, and build interest and whole church participation for youth, their friends and families within our church and, in particular, in the surrounding community. She/he will gather the youth approximately monthly, attend worship services, lead youth mission experiences, preach to the congregation at least quarterly, and maintain supportive contact with our senior youth. We are considering both traditional and non-traditional ministry candidates. It is hoped that the successful candidate will help us expand this position over the next few years to a full-time associate pastorate.
The initial position will call for an estimated 10 hours per week, earning $200 per week.

Immanuel Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Acting Pastor to support the work of the church during the sabbatical of Rev. Rachel McGuire.
Details: 15 hours per week; 20 weeks; $20.00 per hour
Duties: Act as the public face of the church, attend Administrative and Trustees monthly meetings, Coordinate bulletin for Sunday services, Pastoral visits, Provide referrals for services, and attend Sunday services. Conducting weddings and funerals are optional and involve a separate fee.
Requirements: Experience in urban ministry, support welcome and affirming principles, comfortable working with interfaith and inter-denominational partners, ability to support and work in a committed, energetic and diverse congregation, support IBC's mission of recovery for numerous groups that use the facility.
