Living on "the hill” can be a very positive aspect of your seminary experience here at Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School. Sitting high on a hill, in a serene, park-like setting, CRCDS provides a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
We have two apartment buildings, Saunders Hall and Andrews Hall, that are located on campus and are a one-minute walk to Strong Hall, our main building, with its classrooms, library and administrative offices. Parking is adjacent to the apartments and free. The majority of apartments are one bedroom. However, there are a few 2-bedroom apartments. The buildings share a lawn along with a basketball court, grill and other picnic necessities.
Each apartment is equipped with a stove and refrigerator. Occupants provide their own furnishings, dishes, linens, etc. Every apartment has high-speed internet access that is included in the rent. Both buildings have coin-operated laundry facilities. Saunders has a common social area for all students.
The School’s campus is on a bus line and is centrally located for easy access to shopping, banking and recreation. And, we are minutes away from the largest Barnes and Noble in the country!
