Students enrolled for a minimum of 6 credit hours/semester and their dependents are eligible to enroll in a voluntary health insurance plan through United Heathcare.
Eligible dependents include the student’s spouse (husband, wife, or same sex spouse) and dependent children under 26 years of age.
Costs for the 2012-13 year are as follows:
- Student $1,596 per year
- Spouse $4,390 per year
- Each Child $2,327 per year

Note: CRCDS does not enroll students, nor do does the School process payment for insurance.
